the use of props in my video wasnt too important....i wanted simplicity so didnt want to much to distract the voyuer from the video.
the use of semiotics in my video, i dont think was massively important although i did want the video to work alongside the lyrics of the song....
the use of strobe lighting and flash effects- coinside with the mentioning of flashing cameras and paparazzi.
the use of posters with the band members names- the boys constantly refer to their 'band' names and so i thought the names on posters were appropriate.
i dont think i needed much in the way of props or semiotics as the song doesnt have much of a stroyline so using a more complex approach to the video, i dont think would have benefitted it.

I think the semiotics is significant - it's the way the the band look and the brand you have created which symbolises their music and thus how to be read/communicated to the target audience.
